Founded April 1, 2019 RVIT: RV Industry Tradeswomen is an international organization for tradeswomen working in (or dreaming of joining) the RV industry.
Our goal at RVIT is to provide radical access to RV industry education for women through free study materials, workshops, scholarships, and apprenticeships…but we know the possibilities are truly endless.
We also know that women can do anything, but we understand the broad scope of unique socioeconomic challenges women face, especially when working in male dominated trades. We’re here to help make navigating your career in the RV industry a little easier.
