Community > Competition

At The Breeze RV, we appreciate the freedom to conduct business as entrepreneurs in a market that encourages healthy competition and honors antitrust laws. That said, we see our fellow techs as partners in improving the RV industry rather than as opponents in day to day business.

It’s not as though Adrienne’s afraid of tough competition, either…

…as a lifelong athlete in both team and individual sports, she stays ready for any challenge. Participating in these full contact sports taught Adrienne the value of partnerships among competitors to improve an industry overall. When fighting in the ring, there’s no quarter, but Adrienne and her opponents worked together outside of the ring to help improve the MMA industry for women.

In the RV industry, it’s common to learn from your fellow technicians rather than traditional courses, whether in dealerships or informal apprenticeships. At The Breeze RV, we believe this is a valuable aspect of our community. We love meeting and learning from our colleagues.

We also know that, as described by our sister organization, RVIT, there are plenty of opportunities for tradespeople in the RV industry. With more repairs and service calls coming in than there are RV technicians with the skills to perform them, there’s plenty of work for RV Technicians who are willing to stay flexible and adaptable.

That’s why we regularly refer work out to trusted technicians and inspectors when we don’t have the availability or a specific skill set for a client. We refer out because of the confidence we have in our own skills and in the skills of our colleagues.

Fostering RV industry community is important to us. As RVers ourselves, we believe helping improve the industry for RV consumers and our fellow technicians is a natural part of our job.

We even like to give shout outs to exceptional people in our industry. At the end of the day, we all get the most out of working together to improve our industry!
